Platform for data upload has multiple problems leading to termination of account set-up.
I spent several days researching and working to organize my storage company data to be compatible with the web self-storage platform. Used both direct account portal entries. When that resulted in multiple crashes/failures, I switched to getting all my customer data loaded into a provided spreadsheet for WSS to pack for an additional fee. Unfortunately, the spreadsheet they provided would not allow for the normal editing of cells, which created more frustration. Frustration and inability to fix the upload glitches led to me being seen as a high-maintenance customer, so they decided to terminate the relationship before we ever got activated. We will need to find another vendor with a more robust product and a more customer-oriented IT team.
