The Software is not up to the mark for an Industry which has multiple emergencies in a day

It was one of the worst decisions to go for this. It never worked in off-line mode, as the company's owner committed while selling it. There are many bugs in the application, making it worst to use in emergency conditions, and zero support from the support team; I wonder if they have any support team as the owner only picks up the call and talks with different names.

Very poor support

Myself , DR NARESH JINDAL, OWNER OF ISHWAR HOSPITAL, found this company on indiamart 'Tirupati international software infotech pvt limited' And purchased software from them in March 2021, I made all payments in full and as desired by company in full, but to my surprise, when I started installation of software in my hospital, I found that there are not much people there for installation or corrections help. Their staff not only does not pick up any phone but also most of the time misbehaves with customers, and therefore when even after trying for 4 months and our consistent requests, when we didn't find any customer support from them, I had to shift to another software.

Very poor support

These people don't give any professional support. Company don't have regular software developers. They took 45000 rs from me but didn't complete initial installation even after 3 months , I had to shift to other software.
