Simple to start, but grows with my business

We have used SuperOffice for coming up to 3 years now and it has been revolutionary for us in terms of customer, event and communications management. Our business is driven around SuperOffice. The mobile app is especially great for accessing information on the go.

Pros

The ease of set-up and support impressed me most.

Cons

The email marketing editor could be improved, but I understand this is on the pipeline. More connectivity to UK based apps out of the box would also be of benefit.
