No proper support and they don't understand our requirement. They are busy in collecting the installation fee and monthly charges

Not recommended retail outlet who has good walk in. Try the demo if all functions are working and as per requirement, go ahead and pay the amount. Not worth for 25,000 per system. Lot of hidden charges too.
