Sales IQ is a good tools for support

My team deployed SalesIQ for our website and immediately had customers splurging in to chat and ask questions about the products offered by our firm. Immediate answers and help could be provided and there was a lot of interaction between the customers and our sales representatives. There is a lot of convenience in using this live chat software as the customers don't have to repeatedly give a call or keep sending emails for enquiries.
