Best for Case Management

It is the best customer service platform i have ever used. It has options of different support processes as well.We can utlize LiveChat/Omnichannel.We can have option of showing knowledge article as well at the time of case creation.Salesforce itself provides option to create Case via email/web form.You can record chat transcripts as well.I would say if you want your customers to be happy get please purchase this service cloud.
