Introducing Safetyminder:

Safetyminder is a Work, Health & Safety (WH&S) Software program which enables companies to use their “existing” WH&S paperwork system with our innovative software. 

Safetyminder utilises a centralised “Web App” to oversee all activities, with an interactive calendar to ensure all tasks are completed as per their required time schedule. 

Safetyminder “Mobile App” allows every member of your team to maintain their personal information such as Licenses, Training, On-Site inductions, Emergency contact details, Medical issues. Along with completing designated tasks via the mobile app.

Covering every aspect of your Work, Health & Safety system from:

1: Administrative requirements – Corrective actions, Assigning WHS roles, along with other administrative tasks.

2: Asbestos management – recording Asbestos/Hazardous substance exposure.

3: Injury Management - including injury reporting & investigation management, PPE issued and first aid kit management.

4: Plant & Equipment requirements – covering all your company owned assets and tracking maintenance, repairs, test & tag and RCD testing.

5: Shared Plant & Equipment – Identify shared plant & equipment, Book, Collect, Complete Checklists, View all items booked on a Calendar for tracking.

6: Managed shared plant & equipment with a booking system and track on a calendar: Book, Transfer, Completed pre & post checklists on the asset.

7: SWMS & Work instruction management – individual viewing & signing off on your current documents.

8: Fillable SWMS, JSA and Other forms: Build templates, Completed forms on the mobile app (including sign off with signatures), email completed reports to clients and others.

9: Training planning & Management – running toolbox meetings & circulating minutes amongst other things.

10: Safety Data Sheet & Equipment Manual management, fully accessible from the Safetyminder mobile app.

11: Build you own Organisational chart: complete with WH&S designated roles for those assigned.

12: Notifications – Via both email & SMS. Defaults built in but changeable by business owners.

13: Key Roles & Responsibilities – Identify which roles are required to ensure the right people also receive notifications.

14: Sub-Contractor Management – NEW feature  – To manage Sub-contractors – Staff licenses, training, WHS documents, insurances, etc.

15: Reporting – We are able to build tailor made reports to organizational requirements utilizing our own Smart forms builder.
