It is very user friendly
Great CRM indeed. I can set reminders for a phone call or meeting. It has become easier for me to take notes and set an event for my every prospect. Most of all CRM provides these features but Reflect CRM is very user friendly. I run work on two different businesses and I can manage them in a single installation. Most important thing is I can import all customer information from my outlook contacts.
