Disappointed

I purchased an Ooma through Amazon and it turned out it had been corrupted with a fatal error. It may have been an issue with Amazon Renewal problem so I purchased another one. Oooma customer support was unable to switch mine and I was told to create a new account and new phone number and then they will switch it later. Currently paying for two accounts for something their support should have been able to do for me. Too much work for the product.

Ooma office is an incredible VOIP Answer for a SMB

It is an excellent product I Strongly recommend. I adore apps that automatically forward to my mobile phone. Support for sending voice mail messages to email and calling from my cell phone's Ooma number using their app.
