My team gets a lot of potential customers / guests from Brazil and other countries where English is not the first language. Would be wonderful to have a translator service integrated with the chat or a backend translation engine otherwise this live chat tool is too good. The software is very responsive and gives my team the ability to track all communication with interested website visitors and customers. Olark is a very good live chat tool for easy interaction with the customer, to track users in steps of purchase and also to realize and work on the shortcomings in our website.
