Wonderful Support and helpful options in managing leads

It helped us to manage leads very effectively and made our process automate too. Its feature of "Drip Campaign" and "automation" is very helpful to approach customer when we are online or offline. However provided automation count is very low in basic plan and Leadsquared can not be integrated with office365. Leadsquared team should work upon this.

Good but need improvement

Leadsquared is a good software. Will definitely sort your lead quality and try it's best to give you best results. But it do lack many a times. Get hell lot of time to load a page. If they mention a calling feature it will definitely help alot.

Great software, interface could be improved

Overall great experience, the interface could be better. It tracks leads by their activities so that the sales pitch and everything can be modified. The interface gets a bit glitchy at times and it can improve with Updates.

It's amazing user-friendly software. One of the best CRM I have used. Very detailed and easy to surf around. I recommend everyone to try this software once. The best part is its super user friendly. I learned to use it so quickly and didn't have to toggle between the tabs.
