worst company
We have had there machine since 2019 and it has been nothing but problems. There support is terrible. I purchased this equipment based on its reputation. Keytrak is now owned by Reynolds and Reynolds company and they are the worst. Will not honor what they say or what they sell. The machine has had several parts replaced always at some sort of expense to my company. The machine will not recognize key on a regular basis. Costing us time and money. An account manager told me they would stand by the machine and then told me it cost them to much money for them to fix it. In less then 2 years it has cost me $4,000 in repairs and warranties! do not buy from them!

Buyer beware
Purchased in 2004, needed a new machine in 2020 so I went to NADA convention to purchase a machine, they would not give me a price. I bought a competitors product the same day. When I cancelled service they said my contract runs through 2024!!!!! Apparently they have 5 YEAR contract extentions and have blown me off and said we need to continue to pay on a 16 year old machine that we do not use. Thanks Keytrak!
