Poor Customer Service overrides any benefit
We signed up and intended to use it for an organization with 108 voters. We set it up, but after one day and a couple of test ballots determined it was not going to work for us because the emails with the ballots took too long to arrive. Unbelievably, they would not refund us. They do not disclose any deficiencies in their system and you have to sign up for 6 months despite not having any way of determining if their system will work for your organization. So you better be 100% sure that it is going to work for you.
