The form is designed as per PCI DSS compliance rules. If your business is PCI DSS compliant and you use our Secure Form to collect credit card holder data during the chats, you will stay compliant without additional audits or expenses.

To transfer an ongoing chat to another agent or department. If you choose a department as a destination, then all available agents in the said department will be notified of the transfer.

Great performance Software

Comm100 live chat software enabled my employees to start a real communication channel with all our customers and clients.
